I've been quite surprised at the results of the poll regarding favorite decorating style. I didn't expect for traditional design to be the favorite!
However, with that in mind, I wanted to feature a more traditional bedroom today, so I chose this gorgeous bedroom, which is the design of Lisa Erdmann & Associates in West Palm Beach, Florida.
WHY I LOVE THIS ROOM:
I love the restrained use of color in this room, which makes those items--the pillows, the lamp, the artwork--seem even that much more special. I also love the use of the dark wood bed against the light walls and floor. And when it comes to bedrooms, there's nothing more inviting than a fluffy, crisp white comforter (presumably a down comforter).

I'm not really surprised that traditional was the most favorite. I think a traditional setting may remind people of places they've been that were comfortable and welcoming.
